Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot & Military Gun Show - April 7-9, 2017 – Knob Creek Gun Range hosts the Nation’s Largest biannual Machine Gun Shoot & Military Gun Show in April and October. Knob Creek boasts a 350-yard outdoor shooting range and a full-service gun shop. No Gun? No Problem. Knob Creek offers used firearms for rent. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent. Admission is $15 per day for those 13 and older, $5 per day for children 12 and younger.

Kentucky Reptile Show - July 8, 2017 – The Kentucky Reptile Expo is held each month in different cities throughout Kentucky, Ohio and in Evansville, Indiana. CONNECT at Bernheim - August 19, 2017 – CONNECT at Bernheim will challenge minds and delight the senses. The night includes live musical performances, a light sculpture competition, and hands-on experiences for adults and families, including making art, drum circle participation, hacker creations and participatory science.
CONNECTGlow Artists will set up around Lake Nevin with funky, fun and spontaneous art displays and demonstrations. This year’s art demonstrations are without using electricity. Applications to enter this competition are available at Bernheim.org.

The machine gunners are shooting at a wide variety of used appliances, abandoned vehicles, and barrels of fuel with pyrotechnic charges attached. The Military Gun Show draws dealers from across the country to buy, sell and trade rifles, pistols, shotguns, and machine guns.
